Registration Information

We warmly invite all participants to register for EUROCK 2026, the European Symposium on Risk Management in Rock Engineering, taking place in Skopje, North Macedonia. We encourage early registration to take advantage of reduced fees and to secure your participation in this major international event.

Registration fees vary depending on participant category and the time of registration. Please refer to the breakdown below for detailed information.

If you require a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes, the Organising Committee will provide one upon request after your registration and payment are completed. You can request this letter during the registration process via the online form.

If you are unsure whether you need a visa to enter North Macedonia, please consult the official Visa Requirements page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in advance and make necessary arrangements accordingly.

For institutions or companies registering three or more participants, a 10% discount per participant is available. To receive the discount, please contact us on registration@eurock2026.com to obtain your unique group registration code, which you will later enter in the registration form to apply the discount.

Cancellation & refund policy

Cancellation is possible until 31^st of July 2026, with deduction of administrative and bank fees. After 31^st of July, it will not be possible to get a refund.
